The machine a product of new generation for milling plastic and rubber rollers,It is marked  with well-desgned structure and advanced technologies,and is mainly fit for milling    the  rubber rollers on rola axle bearings on textiles machines for cotton,wool,ramie cotton  and  silk as well as chemical fibers.The range of diameters for process is￠20-￠80.

1 Sandhweel stones of large width and big airpores wit the total width of 4 pcs in 405mm  ares adopted.

2 Transverse movement 15mm(16times/min)and longitudinal feeding are combined for  pneumatic holding for milling and cutting.The main shaft of the rola axle bearing is held  for cutting and milling.(it is a center-free milling machine for fine rubber rollers for  textile machines.)

3 In the course of milling,the entire surface of the rubber roller and the big airpore  sandhweel are in full contact so that the surface of the rubber roller are under uniform forces.

4 Automatic state can be set for automatic milling for a period of time.The rubber rollers  can be milled and set free automatically to ensure the roughness of the rubber rollers and  geometric size of high precision.

5 Specific milling time can be designed according to the Shore`s hardness of the rubber roller, quality of the material,cotton mill`s requirements for the surface finish and roughness of the  rubber rollers so as to achieve the technological standard for the users.

6 There is air suction device to ensure effective cleaning of the rubber roller surface and  reduce heat accumulation on the surface during milling.

7 Stepless speed variation is adopted with the efficiency and precision in 2~3 times of the  traditional milling machines.

8 The finishing sandwheel is a frequency conversion electrical device and can operate  conveniently and safely and in high precision.
